Overview

You will join a growing Edinburgh corporate team to advise UK and international clients on corporate matters. In this role you will work closely with a specialist Partner across M&A, private equity, joint ventures and commercial contracts. A background in general corporate or corporate finance with 1+ years PQE and strong communication will help you manage a varied workload.
