Overview

In this Finance Business Partner role, you partner with senior operational and commercial stakeholders to provide financial insight and challenge for strategic decisions. You’ll own budgeting, forecasting, and planning, while analyzing revenue, profitability, utilisation and working capital. The position offers exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to influence investments, pricing and reporting processes, driving financial performance across the business. Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Provide analysis on revenue, profitability, utilisation, and working capital
• Challenge and influence senior stakeholders on commercial decisions
• Support investment and pricing initiatives and improve reporting/forecasting processes
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance across the business

Key requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A
• Experience in a professional services environment
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel, financial modelling and scenario analysis experience
