AI Governance Leader: Risk, Compliance & Innovation

Aviva is seeking an AI Governance Lead to shape governance and risk controls for AI across the business. You will collaborate with Risk, Technology, Data, Cyber, Legal and Compliance to define practical governance that enables innovation while meeting regulatory expectations.

In this role, you’ll lead the evolution of the AI governance framework, ensuring oversight keeps pace with new technologies and use cases and supports business value across multiple functions.
