Responsibilities
- Lead and govern strategic programs and transformation initiatives to ensure disciplined delivery
- Act as senior accountable owner for cross‑functional initiatives with alignment and measurable results
- Synthesize operational, financial, and risk metrics into executive insights for decision‑making
- Translate priorities into executable plans, performance measures, and governance routines
- Collaborate with Global Operations leadership to align reporting and execution with objectives
- Enable data‑driven decision‑making by delivering high‑quality management insights
- Provide forward‑looking client trend analyses to support reviews
- Maximise team effectiveness and cohesive performance in support of enterprise goals
Key requirements
- Master’s degree; MBA/CFA preferred
- Experience in Consulting/Strategy and Business Management
- Experience in Global Operations Business management
- Strong leadership experience
- Proven track record of implementing strategic change in an operational environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in identifying and implementing operational strategies to enhance working practices and maximise efficiencies
