No.1 York, by GuestHouse, a small, stylish family‑run boutique hotel, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a part‑time 20‑hour weekly role. You’ll fix dripping taps, troubled boilers, and lighting, keeping the venue safe and guest‑ready.
You’ll work with a friendly team, coordinate with contractors, and support planned maintenance as well as occasional emergency fixes. A practical, hands‑on mindset and reliability are valued, with a sense of humour.
