Night Chef – Overnight Luxury Kitchen Lead (Room Service)

Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting a Night Chef for the May Fair’s Food Production team. You will oversee overnight food preparation and service, ensuring top quality for room service, early breakfasts, staff dining, and daytime mise en place.

Work independently during night shifts, maintain HACCP standards, manage stock and waste, and collaborate with Front Office and Night Management to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
