Workplace Projects Lead — Facilities & Refurbishments

Quilter plc is seeking a Workplace Project Manager in Southampton to own and deliver small to medium-sized Security & Property projects. You will act as the internal lead for larger property initiatives, coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

You will bring essential project management qualifications (PRINCE2/APM/PMP) and experience in facilities or refurbishment environments, with strong budgeting and stakeholder management
