Overview

In this role you will help deliver an omnichannel shopping experience, providing high-quality service and representing the brand values. You will engage with customers in-store and online, supporting local community connections and maintaining inviting store environments. You’ll collaborate with the team to meet store targets and drive brand awareness, while growing your own skills through self-development and engagement initiatives. Your work supports a customer-obsessed culture and contributes to the store’s performance and Visual Merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experiences using our service techniques
• Assist customers across in-store and online channels to ensure a seamless omnichannel journey
• Understand local customers to drive sales and community connection
• Maintain attractive store standards and create a visually engaging shopping environment
• Collaborate to implement the Retail Strategy and contribute to store performance
• Keep up-to-date with New Look offerings to recommend products authentically
• Support health and safety procedures and protect store profit by minimizing loss
• Complete mandatory training modules and stay compliant

• Confident with people and capable of delivering a great customer experience

• Retail experience desired but not essential
