Senior Director, Technology Product Management

Overview

In this role, you own the Order to Cash product within JLL’s Corporate Finance Technology team, shaping the end-to-end O2C lifecycle across multiple regions. You lead a team of Product Specialists and Production Support, collaborating with finance and technology partners to implement ERP strategy and platform enhancements. You’ll drive continuous improvement, align with the Accelerate 2030 goals, and ensure accurate financial processes and a seamless customer experience. This high-impact position combines strategic roadmap delivery with hands-on product leadership.

Responsibilities

• Directs the product strategy from concept to end-of-life, ensuring timely delivery of requirements
• Leads design, modification, and evaluation of product phases to deliver optimal solutions
• Promotes new technologies and tracks industry trends; builds and develops the product team
• Manages a team of Product Managers and Production Support staff to meet strategic goals
• Aligns with Accelerate 2030: Unlock Platform Excellence and data/AI initiatives
• Delivers the 3-year ERP strategy/roadmap with global and regional finance partners
• Provides product expertise and strengthens relationships with finance and business partners
• Ensures ERP O2C robustness and timely issue resolution
• Establishes performance management for process efficiency and business value
• Keeps abreast of industry trends and best practices in tech solutions
• Gains familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in billing/revenue workflows
• Establishes themselves as a strategic technology leader in senior leadership
• Drives the strategy and delivery of future ERP initiatives

Key requirements

• 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems (or related field)
• Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and Order to Cash
• Strong understanding of financial close and month-end support
• Proven track record of managing complex projects under pressure
• Experience supporting at least one global ERP rollout
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
