Finance Manager – Scale Up

Consumer Additions are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a scale up leisure business to recruit a Financial Controller to report directly into the founder of the business.

This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career, is happy to get stuck in and can add commercial value to the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the month end processes and provide commentary to the business
• Ensure the accounting function is operating as ‘best in class’ and improve controls and processes
• Work closely with the operational managers to develop commercial insights and KPI’s
• Work closely with the founder on new sites and investment appraisals

Who we are looking for :

• A qualified accountant
• Demonstrable experience in the leisure sector
• A passion for a growth business and immersing yourself in the business culture
• Experience across both financial control and commercial finance
