Strategic Key Account Manager – Global Service Growth

KNAPP UK is seeking a passionate, customer-focused Key Account Manager with a proven track record in expanding and retaining customer business through trusted relationships. You will manage resident site accounts and drive standardisation across KNAPP’s UK sites.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead the growth of the customer service operation, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction on a UK basis, with occasional national and international travel.
