Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of a large-scale regeneration project
• Manage site management and project teams
• Maintain and troubleshoot the construction programme to prevent delays
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Ensure high standards of health, safety and quality
• Monitor progress and key delivery milestones
• Build relationships with client and local community
• Provide progress reports to senior management
• Support commercial team with costs, variations and subcontractor performance

Key requirements

• Experience delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use, or regeneration developments
• Confident leadership with strong programming, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Construction qualifications and valid site certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
