Overview
As Oracle Technical Environment Manager, you contribute to AI-enabled, large-scale Oracle Fusion delivery within Deloitte’s Oracle Delivery Services. You’ll shape end-to-end environments across deployments, leveraging AI-driven tools to boost test design, automation and delivery speed. You’ll work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout complex programmes. This role offers exposure to high-profile Oracle transformations and opportunities to influence testing with AI capabilities. Responsibilities
- Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud environments across implementation, test, release, deployment, and transition to support
- Lead technical delivery efforts across multiple workstreams and coordinate dependencies
- Define environment strategies, access controls, release calendars, and readiness criteria
- Communicate with senior stakeholders, Oracle and on/offshore teams, and business users
- Provide guidance to improve test design, automation, and reporting with AI-enabled tools
- Contribute to growth and development of the Delivery Services practice
Key requirements
- Oracle Fusion Cloud environment management experience
- Strong understanding of Oracle technical delivery (integrations, data migration, reporting, security, APIs, environment refreshes)
- Experience leading technical teams and managing plans, risks, issues, and quality
- Excellent verbal and written communications with diverse audiences
- Ability to apply AI/generative AI capabilities to project delivery and measurable business value
- Willingness to travel when essential
- UK security clearance or willingness to obtain
