The 27-month rotational scheme provides hands-on experience on live construction projects and helps you build a career in structural engineering within a leading building contractor.

You’ll participate in up to three rotations across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, with day-one development plans, mentoring, and pathways toward chartership.
