Overview
In this role you will help shape security transformation programmes, working with senior stakeholders to define strategies, operating models and roadmaps. You contribute to recommendations and business value from security investments, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver client outcomes. You will translate complex security needs into target-state solutions and governance structures, supporting the full transformation lifecycle. This opportunity combines strategic impact with hands-on analysis in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support security transformation programmes from strategy through implementation planning
- Analyse current-state processes, technologies, and operating models to identify improvements
- Gather and document business, security, and technical requirements via stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to target-state operating models, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps
- Produce high-quality client deliverables, assessments, and recommendations
- Support business case development and value articulation for security investments
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and project teams
- Contribute to thought leadership, proposition development, and growth of the Security Products practice
Key requirements
- Experience in cyber security, technology consulting, or business transformation programmes
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to business and technical audiences
- Interest in IAM, Cloud Security, Security Operations, or GRC
- Proactive mindset and desire to develop as a trusted security consultant
- Willingness to travel across the UK as projects require
