Overview

In this role you will drive experienced hire recruitment for the UK and Continental Europe, aligned to the Company and Operations divisions. You act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners, shaping recruitment strategies and demand planning. You will manage RPO vendor relationships, lead improvements, and champion diverse, data-driven hiring to support growth and organizational goals. This position offers a global, cross-border impact with exposure to leadership forums and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Advise business leaders on forecasting and demand planning, translating requirements into fit-for-purpose recruitment strategies
  • Manage RPO vendor relationships to meet service levels and quality standards
  • Provide strategic direction to RPO Recruitment Managers and prioritize activity to address key priorities
  • Develop deep understanding of hiring practices and drive cross-functional partnerships to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Leverage HR reporting tools, market intelligence, and vendor data to create dashboards and inform hiring tactics
  • Drive diverse and inclusive hiring practices and develop pipelines of diverse talent
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for the Glasgow Experienced Hire team
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Represent the firm at local events and collaborate with Recruitment Marketing to strengthen employer brand
  • Bridge recruitment operations, marketing, sourcing, and onboarding to ensure seamless delivery of hiring for Company & Operations

Key requirements

  • Deep understanding of recruitment in financial services, corporate, or blue-chip environments
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams across operational and strategic work
