Autonomous IT Manager – Local Operations & OT Integration

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to own local IT operations in Carmarthenshire. You will manage infrastructure, bridge IT and OT considerations, and coordinate with external partners to ensure systems are secure, available, and well-supported.

The role requires 3-5 years of IT leadership or administration, strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, M365, virtualization, and networking. Travel between sites may be required as part of the position.
