BDS (Northern) Limited seeks a Housing Officer to cover 10 properties across Hammersmith. The role focuses on tenancy management, sign-ups, viewings, and safeguarding, ensuring a high-quality living environment across the patch.
Hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. This temporary ongoing contract starts ASAP with pay rates of £23.07ph PAYE or £30.50ph Umbrella. The role is based in London and involves community engagement and service delivery across multiple properties.
