Daish’s is seeking a Full-time Permanent Senior Manager to lead hotel operations, driving guest experience and financial performance in a high-standard environment. The General Manager will oversee labour costs, margins, stock control, and invoicing in line with company procedures.

The role requires hands-on leadership, recruitment ownership, and visible engagement with guests. You will coach department heads, plan rotas, and ensure compliance and safety across the hotel.
