About the Role
As Finance Manager, you’ll be instrumental in:
- Providing expert financial advice and support to senior management
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Managing day-to-day financial operations
- Developing financial systems and controls
- Collaborating across departments to support key business initiatives
- Analysing financial performance to identify optimisation opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
You are a qualified finance professional with:
- Professional accounting qualification (full or part ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- A customer-focused approach with outstanding communication skills
- Strategic mindset that balances big-picture thinking with crucial details
- Experience with accounting systems
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills to transform complex data into meaningful insights
- Proven financial experience within the travel or leisure industry
