You will deliver planned minor works across our estate as a hands-on tradesperson with joinery, plumbing and electrical strengths. The role emphasizes autonomy, cost-conscious delivery, and safeguarding best practice.

You will manage scopes, materials, timescales and costs, self-deliver works, and produce clear RAMS and reports. A full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel are essential.
