Responsibilities

• Oversee divorce, financial disputes, children’s matters, separation agreements, nuptial agreements, care proceedings, and domestic abuse cases
• Prepare for and represent clients at court hearings
• Ensure compliance with risk management and professional standards
• Uphold the firm’s reputation through strong client relationships
• Collaborate with team and share knowledge to drive continuous improvement

Key requirements

• 2+ years of experience in private family law
• Minimum 4 years PQE with managerial experience preferred
• Confident in advocacy and court representation
• Experience in case management and IT systems
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage own caseload
