A leading City and international law firm is seeking a Real Estate Senior Associate to join its highly regarded, Tier 1-ranked practice. The team has an outstanding reputation for advising on some of the most significant and complex real estate matters in the market, acting for major investors, developers, institutions and other key industry participants. Its broad offering encompasses high-value acquisitions and disposals, development, joint ventures, real estate finance and asset management, alongside an extensive network of complementary specialist practices.
The successful candidate will have between 5 and 8 years’ PQE and a strong track record in transactional commercial real estate, ideally combining experience of investment and development work with real estate finance transactions. This is an opportunity to handle high-quality, sophisticated mandates for an impressive client base, taking responsibility for transactions from inception through to completion and playing an active role in developing client relationships.
Applicants will demonstrate first-class technical ability, strong commercial awareness and excellent drafting and negotiation skills, together with the confidence to manage their own caseload and supervise more junior lawyers. A strong academic background and experience gained within a leading City or regional practice are essential.
