We are looking for a Commis chef for the restaurant, to join this very successful brigade in pushing forward and developing the business further.

CANDIDATE ROLE
Role responsibilities
- Work as part of the team, working towards the maintenance of the Michelin star and 3 AA Rosettes
- Manage and prepare the sections stock, ensuring standards are met and consistency is met from day to day.
- Work alongside the senior team to develop menus working with the best of seasonal produce
- Manage the section orders, organisation and cleanliness of any given section
- Develop your skill set in a Michelin star environment
- Manage your time efficiently, meeting working deadlines given
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Candidate specification
- Driven and motivated individual
- Want to work in a Michelin starred environment
- Commis chef experience required
- Be able to commute to Ilkley of a daily basis
- Excellent time management
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team and from your own initiative
- Be able to absorb information and new skills taught by the chef
- Ideally Rosette/ Michelin experience
