Registered Manager, Children’s Home — Trauma‑Informed Leadership

West One Care is seeking a passionate, experienced Registered Manager to lead our Ofsted-registered children’s residential home in Hertfordshire. You will be accountable for day-to-day operations, safeguarding and regulatory compliance, ensuring young people are safe, supported and empowered.

Reporting to the Responsible Individual, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team, oversee staffing, placements and quality assurance, and drive outcome-focused care across education, health and wellbeing.
