Relief Support Worker – Enable Independence in Community Living

Creative Support is seeking kind, proactive Female Support Workers to join our Waterloo service in Liverpool, supporting five individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorders in their own apartments.

Applicants should be prepared to go the Extra Mile to enhance residents’ quality of life, promote independence and community engagement, and work as part of a supportive team with strong communication skills.
