Claimont Health are looking for looking for individuals who have an upbeat personality who are ready to work as a Mental Health Support Worker for our client who lives in Chchester. We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team.

Shift Pattern:

1 Week ON/OFF

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to our client who has has complex care and Mental Health needs
  • Be proactive with managing the clients needs
  • Ability to communicate clearly & effective through verbal & written means.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, along with empathy
  • Maintain clear and accurate care observation records
  • General personal care
  • Meds management)
  • Light household duties

Requirements:

  • DBS
  • National insurance number
  • Right to work in UK
  • Previous experience is essential
  • Health and social care relevant training
  • Must be able to drive and have access to their own car to commute to and from the service.
