Night Care Supervisor — Compassionate Leadership & Growth

Advinia, a UK-based care provider, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support care teams in our care home. You will work with Nurses or Deputy Manager, administer medication, supervise the team and contribute to care plans while complying with CQC guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, has excellent people skills, and is adaptable. Night shift 20:00–08:00, with ongoing training and career progression opportunities.
