  • Serve as the main point of contact for operational project delivery and cross-functional study teams
  • Develop operational models and study plans tailored to patient enrolment and engagement — including registries, non-interventional, hybrid, and decentralised study designs
  • Oversee start-up and enrolment activities, including regulatory submissions, site identification, EDC setup, and recruitment performance tracking
  • Drive patient recruitment and retention strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage vendors and site networks to ensure compliant, efficient enrolment and data collection
  • Lead risk and quality management processes, ensuring issues are proactively identified and resolved
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables with full accountability for operational and financial performance
  • Partner cross-functionally (Clinical, Quality, Tech Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial) to ensure seamless study delivery
  • Support business development activities by contributing operational expertise to proposals and bid defence meetings
  • Play an active role in shaping the Evidence Generation function, helping refine the operational model for future patient enrolment programmes

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (advanced degree preferred)
  • Extensive experience managing patient enrolment and real-world studies (registries, non-interventional, decentralised)
  • Proven track record of delivering high-performing recruitment and retention outcomes across complex studies
  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and operational delivery within RWE or clinical study environments
  • Experience managing vendors, sites, and patient engagement partners
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with CTMS, eTMF, QMS, and EDC systems
  • Formal project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) preferred

What’s on offer:

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Opportunity to shape a growing global Evidence Generation function
  • Work on innovative patient enrolment studies that directly improve access and outcomes
  • Collaborative, patient-centric culture with a clear mission to empower patients through evidence
