Junior Town Planner — Reserved Matters & MRTPI Path

Cobalt Recruitment in Reading is seeking a Town Planner with around 12–18 months of planning experience to join our team. You will support Reserved Matters applications and help coordinate with clients, architects and technical consultants through the planning process.

This role offers hands-on project exposure, opportunities to develop expertise toward MRTPI, and a collaborative environment where strong communication and organisational skills are valued.
