Senior Operations Manager – Social Housing Maintenance (NE)

Fortus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to head up planned maintenance and retrofit schemes for social housing in the North East. You will manage delivery across multiple sites, ensuring budgets, deadlines and service quality are met.

You will lead contract managers, site management and subcontractors, ensure H&S across projects and maintain strong client relationships, with IT proficiency in Excel/Outlook/Word. Salary £85,000-£95,000 plus package and car allowance.
