Overview

As a Finance Business Partner for fast-growing consumer telecoms brands, you will own the financial performance of your assigned brand portfolio from revenue to EBITDA. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, and deliver insightful month-end analysis for senior leadership. You’ll develop and evaluate commercial investment cases and partner with marketing and commercial leaders to drive decision-making. This high-visibility role sits at the heart of a transformation, offering clear progression into broader leadership as the brand P&Ls scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own Revenue to EBITDA performance for the brand portfolio
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
  • Deliver month-end analysis, performance reporting and executive insights
  • Develop and evaluate commercial and investment business cases
  • Partner with trading, marketing and commercial leadership teams
  • Provide challenge, recommendations and commercial guidance to stakeholders
  • Manage risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives
  • Own forecasting models and KPI reporting
  • Support proposition launches, pricing decisions and strategic investments
  • Drive accountability and informed commercial decision making

Key requirements

  • ACA Big 4 Trained
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience in a medium to large corporate
  • Strong commercial finance and business partnering background
  • Experience developing business cases and supporting strategic decisions
  • Proven forecasting, budgeting and performance management experience
  • Exposure to revenue management, cost control and P&L ownership
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Previous experience within a medium-to-large organisation
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
  • Experience in telecommunications, consumer, retail or subscription-led environments advantageous but not essential
