Engineering Manager – Plant Maintenance & Downtime Lead

hireful is seeking a proactive engineering site manager to lead the engineering function at a busy manufacturing site midway between Eye and Diss on the Suffolk/Norfolk borders. You will drive plant availability, ensure peak performance of all equipment, and uphold the highest safety standards.

You will manage an engineering team, oversee contractors, and lead continuous improvement to minimise downtime, with responsibility for maintenance planning and budget control.
