Leasehold Service Charge Specialist

Camden Council is seeking a Service Charge Officer to ensure leaseholders receive accurate service charge estimates and detailed billing. You will work within the Home Ownership team to handle queries, resolve disputes and provide clear explanations to residents about charges.

The role combines financial accuracy with excellent customer service, requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with Housing, Repairs and Income Collection colleagues.
