Overview

As a commercially savvy Business Development Manager, you will accelerate growth in high-growth semiconductor segments and build strategic partnerships within AI, datacom, and AR ecosystems. You will lead Joint Development Programs from concept to commercialization, advising executive-level customers and partners. Your work directly drives revenue growth, market positioning, and long-term customer success, connecting technology with business value in a global, cross-functional setting. Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities in high-growth semiconductor segments
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies with measurable revenue impact
  • Build business cases and strategic account plans for new customer acquisition
  • Analyze market trends and technology shifts to stay ahead
  • Develop high-value relationships with OEMs, ODMs, chipset vendors, cloud providers, system integrators, and telecom operators
  • Lead and manage Joint Development Programs (JDPs) ensuring alignment of technical and commercial outcomes
  • Drive partner ecosystem strategies for scalable go-to-market success
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless partnership execution
  • Deliver impactful presentations translating technical value into commercial terms
  • Lead workshops, business reviews, and discovery sessions with senior stakeholders
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in semiconductor, AI infrastructure, datacom, or AR technologies
  • Strong understanding of emerging applications like next-gen AI/AR devices and glasses
  • Track record of developing and scaling strategic partnerships in global markets
  • Experience managing Joint Development Programs (JDPs) or similar collaborative models
  • Deep knowledge of go-to-market strategies and partner ecosystems
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage senior executives
