Fresca Group’s Fresh Produce Centre in the UK is seeking a Lead Operative to manage a busy warehouse. You will operate reach and counterbalance forklifts and oversee pick-to-order processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

This role demands strong English literacy and numeracy, proven supervisory experience, and a proactive approach to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement. The 4 on 2 off pattern (45 hours/week) includes a company pension and other benefits.
