The Sheraton Grand London Park Lane in Mayfair is seeking a Guest Service Agent (Receptionist) to deliver a warm welcome, seamless check-in/check-out, and personalised service to a discerning international clientele.

As the face of the hotel, you will respond to guest requests, anticipate needs, and uphold the highest standards of presentation in a luxury environment. A minimum of 1–2 years in a luxury hotel is highly desirable; weekend/holiday shifts required.
