Customer Success Manager — Beauty Clinics

The Talent Edit Group is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of professional customers in the beauty/tech-enabled space. You will guide onboarding, coordinate training and ensure customers reach Advanced Clinic status through structured programs.

You will spot disengagement early, pass qualified leads to Sales, coordinate with Technical Support and Operations, and keep CRM records up to date.
