Competition Disputes Senior Associate

Overview

In this role you will join a leading competition disputes team in London to handle high-profile claims for a blue-chip client base. You will work alongside market leaders on follow-on damages, collective actions before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, and cross-border litigation. You will assume substantial responsibility and contribute to cutting-edge matters at the forefront of competition litigation. Responsibilities

• advise on and manage competition disputes, including damages claims and collective actions
• conduct High Court and/or CAT litigation
• handle cross-border litigation for international clients
• collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional colleagues on complex matters
• contribute to the delivery of first-class work and client service in a market-leading team

Key requirements

• England & Wales-qualified Solicitor or foreign-qualified with strong UK competition disputes experience
• experience in High Court and/or Competition Appeal Tribunal litigation
• excellent academic record
