Overview
In this London-based Senior Associate role, you will lead sophisticated investment management mandates for hedge funds and credit funds, advising top-tier asset managers and institutional investors. You will handle fund formation, managed accounts, and UK regulatory matters while supporting LP investments and driving growth alongside Partners. The role includes mentoring juniors and contributing to business development in a high-growth practice. This is a strategic chance to shape fund structures and regulatory solutions for sophisticated clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead on investment management mandates across hedge funds and credit funds
- Advise on fund formation, managed accounts, and regulatory matters
- Act as a trusted adviser with increasing autonomy
- Mentor and support junior lawyers
- Contribute to business development and long-term growth strategy
Key requirements
- 5-6 years’ PQE in investment management from a leading firm
- Strong experience across hedge funds and credit funds
- Product-agnostic approach across varied fund structures
- Commercially astute, highly organized, adaptable
- Confident managing multiple priorities and working independently
