Derivatives and Structured Products Associate

Overview

In this role you support the Derivatives and Structured Products team in London, advising on a broad range of transactions from structured programmes to securitisations and OTC derivatives, while also providing regulatory guidance. Responsibilities

• Advise on derivatives and structured finance transactions
• Establish and update structured products programmes
• Work on securitised and OTC derivatives, hedging arrangements
• Handle structured repo and securities lending arrangements
• Involvement in repackagings
• Provide regulatory advice related to these areas

Key requirements

• 1–3 years post-qualification experience at a top-tier firm
