Technology Audit and Assurance Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of the technology audit and assurance program within a fast-growing fintech-biotech context. You will drive internal, external, and client audits and implement multi-framework compliance programs to achieve and maintain industry certifications. You’ll partner across the business to build robust controls, with a hands-on, collaborative approach that could scale into a global team. Responsibilities

• Manage internal, external and client audits
• Implement and maintain multiple compliance frameworks (SOC2, FISMA/NIST, ISO 27001, 27701)
• Oversee, plan, design, and perform technology audit coverage
• Lead data-driven audits and provide credible challenge to controls
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships across functions
• Monitor audit schedule and progress of management action plans
• Validate closure of remediated issues and regulatory findings
• Report findings to internal partners and executive management

Key requirements

• 5-7 years of IT audit experience
• Knowledge of technology, cyber, and information security regulatory guidance
• Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Attention to detail with high accuracy and minimal oversight
• Professional designations (CISA, CISSP, CIA) or equivalent are desirable but not required
