Senior HR Partner – Education Transformation

AWD online is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support HR transformation, workforce planning and employee engagement across multiple sites in the education sector.

You will collaborate with leaders to deliver a proactive HR service, oversee complex casework, and coach senior managers to implement strategic HR initiatives. Experience in education or academia is desirable and travel across schools may be required.
