Principal People is recruiting a Health and Safety Business Partner for the East Anglia region. The role focuses on influencing how Health and Safety is delivered, moving beyond inspections to proactive culture building across regional offices and live projects.
You will coach site teams and senior leaders, drive early safety conversations, and embed accountability. Requires NEBOSH Diploma or working towards it and CMIOSH or Chartered status, with residential construction experience preferred.
