Senior EHS Manager – Construction, ISO & Safety Culture

Design Build Search is seeking a Safety Manager for our Down office to lead EHS excellence across sites in Ireland and Europe. You will develop and manage ISO 45001/14001 systems, ensure legal compliance and drive continuous improvement with a team of EHS Advisors reporting to the Operations Director.

You will mentor safety professionals, oversee PSDP/PSCS compliance, investigate incidents, deliver training and report KPIs while coordinating with HR, ESG functions and project teams.
