Mamas & Papas Limited is seeking a Retail People Business Partner to collaborate with Regional Managers and retail leadership, building high-performing, engaged teams across our store and concession network.

You will translate people strategy into practical actions to improve commercial performance, colleague engagement, retention, capability and customer experience. This is a hybrid role, balancing field nationwide with HQ support from Huddersfield.
