About you

An experienced people leader who can motivate teams, build confidence and maintain high standards.

A strong strategic mindset, with experience developing event strategies, programmes and delivery roadmaps that support business, customer and cultural outcomes.

Experience managing significant budgets, suppliers, agencies, venues and production partners, with a strong understanding of event governance, accessibility, health and safety, customer care and reputational risk.

Excellent programme management, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to oversee multiple events and competing priorities simultaneously.

Confidence influencing senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships across teams and external partners, and constructively challenging activity that lacks a clear objective or audience need.

Experience in agenda development, speaker management, attendee experience and event communications, using insight and feedback to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

Say it straight – We are brave in speaking out and saying what we think – we’re honest and direct with good intent, openly sharing diverse perspectives to reach the best conclusions and using language everyone can understand

Push for better – We don’t settle for mediocrity, we challenge the status quo, taking responsibility for continuous improvement and personal development

Get it done – We prioritise what will have the greatest impact, we are decisive, and we take accountability for delivering brilliant customer outcomes
