Head of Legal & Compliance — M&A, Contracts (Hybrid)

SINGU is building its first in-house legal function in London, Warsaw or Kraków. We seek a commercially minded Legal Counsel to own legal risk across the Group, shaping strategy with the CFO and leading a panel of external counsel as the business expands.

You will drive contract governance, M&A due diligence, and regulatory compliance across UK/EU markets while supporting employment matters and data protection initiatives.
