Senior Project Manager – Property

Overview

Senior Project Manager for Arcadis Property sector; you will lead delivery of projects and programmes within budget, compliance, and planning controls, applying deep technical knowledge and broad business experience. You will manage teams or contractors to achieve agreed objectives, ensuring effective use of resources and timely delivery. You will engage with stakeholders, mitigate risks, and advocate for compliant, data-informed decision making. Responsibilities

• Oversee scope and workload of a team or contractors to deliver against the programme
• Plan, schedule, and monitor budgets using established financial systems; flag variances
• Deliver small to medium projects within budget and deadlines
• Present risks/issues to senior managers to protect project delivery
• Provide guidance to colleagues on compliance processes
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform decisions
• Review and improve project processes and policies using industry best practice
• Collaborate across the organisation to support cross-functional delivery
• Advise senior management on issues to support successful delivery
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to keep parties informed
• Set project delivery approach and plan with key stakeholders
• Establish delivery plans and control mechanisms for delivery
• Manage performance of project team/ resources

Key requirements

• Experience in managing technically complex projects/programmes
• Ability to work with external stakeholders and manage mid-level client relationships
• Experience in NEC Contract Suites
• In-depth knowledge of the construction/built asset sector
• Capable of taking a project from inception to completion
• strong data analysis and reporting skills
• proven ability to lead and develop junior staff
