Responsibilities

• Business Development: identify and pursue new IT opportunities to grow the client portfolio
• Account Management: nurture client relationships and tailor recruitment solutions
• Candidate Sourcing: source and engage top IT talent via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
• Interview & Selection: conduct assessments and manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Market Insights: monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity
• Negotiation & Offer Management: guide clients and candidates through the hiring process

Key requirements

• Proven experience in business development, account management, and candidate sourcing within IT recruitment or executive search
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Knowledge of the latest technology trends and hiring challenges within the IT industry
